BOSTON, MA -- Circufiber, Inc., makers of the world’s most advanced diabetic socks, and nationally-recognized podiatrist and foot surgeon, Dr. Matthew Capozzi, announced today the results of the company’s nationwide Quality of Life Study. The study, which took place during 2021 and 2022, measured the benefits of Circufiber’s proprietary infrared technology on diabetes-related foot ailments. Study participants were asked to wear Circufiber socks for a minimum of 4 hours each day for a period of 6 weeks. Participants identified personal diabetes-related foot complications and were required to complete a weekly survey identifying whether the conditions had improved, worsened or remained the same.
The study found that 85% of all participants reported an improvement in one or more conditions after just 2 weeks of the study. By the end of the six-week trial period, 97% of participants who completed the online survey reported improvement in one or more foot and/or lower leg conditions, including ankle and foot swelling, cold feet & toes, pins & needles, arch & heel pain, and general foot pain.
“The study results, while extremely impressive, were very much in line with what I see and hear from my patients who wear Circufiber socks.” said Dr. Capozzi. “I am affiliated with Circufiber because I believe in their products and see first-hand the difference they make to people with foot problems.”
